My sister got her grad dress at the Lethbridge location, for a "deal." Then found the exact same dress in calgary for $400 cheaper. My mom went in to talk to the manager to hopefully get a bit of a refund. She was very nice until the manger immediately Lost It on her and was angry at my mother and the buisness in Calgary selling the dress. The manager was yelling and was very interruptive and would not let my mom explain the situation. The manager refused to do anything and was beyond rude. Im absolutely shock by the lack of professionalism on the owners part. Upon talking to other people in Lethbridge, they have had the same issue, finding their dress for up too $800 cheaper and then being treated Horribly by the owner. This is not okay, they should have at least been nice or refunded especially if this happens Often. We posted on the grad pages in Lethbridge and calgary, and even in Calgary, this store has a horrible reputation for Terrible customer service and overpricing. Never Ever Shop Here, the trip from Lethbridge to calgary is worth it, you don't want to overspend during this season. Im absolutely shocked and disappointed in the service here. Angeline was the individual my mother dealt with, and has many reviews calling her out personally for terrible service.
