The last time I tried them, I had a package for a month of unlimited tanning. I like to make an appt. for as early as I can, so I generally made them for when they were supposed to open - 11:00 a.m. THREE times during that month, no one arrived to open. The longest I waited one day was for 20 minutes, then got home & started calling. Somebody finally answered at noon. Considering the fact that 11:00 a.m. isn't terribly early and they still can't open on time, I wasn't terribly impressed.
